Partner Terms

A paid plan buys a display position for a period (monthly or yearly), as described on the Partners page. Every paid position is always labelled "Sponsored" so readers know it is paid.

Some positions have a limited number of slots (for example Spotlight). When they are full, your start date may move to the next free slot; we tell you before taking payment.

We do not guarantee any number of views, clicks or sales.

Prices are listed on the Partners page, in VND. Payment is by bank transfer following the instructions we email you; the placement starts when we receive the money.

Invoices are issued as required by applicable regulations once you provide your company details.

Plans do not renew automatically. We remind you before the end date; renewing is your choice.

You can stop a placement at any time; time already started is not refunded.

If we remove a placement through our own fault, or cannot deliver a placement we sold, the unused time is refunded pro rata.

If a placement is removed because the tool breaks these terms, payments are not refunded.

You confirm that what you send us (name, description, pricing, logo, images) is accurate and that you have the right to use it. You allow plasticbrain.vn to display, translate and reformat it on the website and in the newsletter.

A listed tool must not collect user data unlawfully, distribute malware, impersonate others, defraud, or provide content that breaks Vietnamese law.

We may send one partnership invitation to the business contact address a tool publishes on its own website. Each company receives one email; there is no follow-up sequence.

Every such email carries an opt-out link. When you opt out, your address and domain go on our do-not-contact list and we will not write again.

You can ask us to delete your partner information at any time at the email below.

When these terms change we update the date at the top. Changes do not apply retroactively to a placement paid before that date.
