This policy explains what plasticbrain.vn collects, why, who processes it on our behalf, and how you get it back or have it deleted. It describes what the product actually does today — where a section says we do not do something, that is a statement about the current build.
plasticbrain.vn is an AI tool directory, prompt library and learning hub for small and medium businesses in Southeast Asia. This policy covers the website and the account features behind it.
You can browse the directory, read guides and use the workflow runner without an account. An account is only needed to save items, author prompts, enrol in courses, or join a team.
Account details you give us: your email address, display name, and the business role you pick during onboarding.
Content you create in the product: prompts you write, workflow runs you save, course progress and quiz attempts, tool reviews, saved items, and any team you create or join.
Usage data generated as you use the site: search terms you enter, which tools you open, clicks on links out to a tool's own site, and counts of AI features you use.
Technical data: your IP address and browser user-agent, as part of ordinary request handling and rate limiting, and error reports when something breaks.
Some things never reach our servers at all. They live in your browser's local storage and are cleared when you clear site data:
We use two first-party cookies for signing in: plasticbrain_at and plasticbrain_rt. They hold your session and are httpOnly, so page scripts cannot read them. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not run third-party trackers.
To run the product: signing you in, saving your work, showing your progress, and keeping teams separate.
To improve the catalogue: search terms — especially searches that returned nothing — tell us which tools the directory is missing. This is the main reason we record them.
To keep the service up and fair: rate limiting, abuse prevention, and diagnosing errors.
To email you, only where you asked for it: the newsletter, or a resource you requested. Every newsletter email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Some features send text to a third-party AI provider to generate a response: the assistant, prompt runs, and discovery suggestions.
When you use one, the text you submit is sent to that provider to produce the answer. We log that a call happened — which feature, which account, and how many tokens it used — so we can measure cost and enforce daily limits. Some assistant answers are cached so a repeated question does not incur a second call.
Do not put confidential or personal information about other people into a prompt. Once submitted, it is processed by the provider under their terms.
We use a small number of providers, each for a specific job:
These providers act on our instructions. Some operate outside Vietnam, so your data may be processed abroad; we only use providers that commit to appropriate safeguards.
plasticbrain.vn is not charging for membership at the time of writing — access is granted manually after you send a request. We therefore do not currently hold any card details.
If paid plans are switched on, payment is handled by Stripe and card details go to Stripe directly, never through our servers. We would only ever store the fact of a subscription and its status.
Account data and the content you create are kept while your account exists. Delete your account and we remove them, other than anything we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
Search terms and usage counts are kept in aggregate to improve the catalogue. Error reports are kept for a limited period and then discarded.
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. You can export your saved Studio items yourself at any time.
To make a request, email hello@plasticbrain.vn from the address on your account. We answer within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter without contacting us, using the link in any newsletter email.
plasticbrain.vn is built for people running a business and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data; if you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
If we change how we handle your data we will update this page and the date at the top. Where a change is significant we will tell account holders by email rather than relying on you noticing.
