Write a descriptive sentence of the standard style, for example: "flat illustration style, pastel colors, simple lines" to reuse in every prompt.

Save this style description in notes for quick copying for each new image creation.

Write a Detailed Prompt Description

Combine the article content description with the chosen standard style.

In ChatGPT (with DALL-E 3), type: "Create an illustration [standard style] for the topic [summary of the article content], no text."

Add "no text" if you plan to add the title later, to avoid DALL-E inserting unwanted English text.

Create and Compare Multiple Versions

Request additional variations if the first version isn't satisfactory.

Type "create 2 more different versions" in the same conversation to receive more options before finalizing the image.

Keep the previous conversation open when small adjustments are needed; ChatGPT will better understand the context of the previous images.

Download the Image and Light Post-Production

Download the highest resolution image and lightly edit if you need to add a logo or text.

Click on the image to download the original file, then use Canva to add a title or brand logo if necessary.

Always check small details like hands, numbers in the image before using it officially, as AI sometimes misrepresents details.
