Determine the English skills to prioritize for each employee group (basic communication, negotiation, email writing).

Register Max Accounts for Employees

Create Duolingo Max accounts for each employee participating in the program.

Upgrade the Super package to Max in the Settings > Subscription for each account, or purchase in bulk if the company has an enterprise package.

Group employees from the same department into one leaderboard (Friends Quest) to increase competitive motivation.

Assign Roleplay Exercises Based on Work Situations

Choose roleplay exercises that closely match the actual work situations of each department.

Compare with the initial baseline assessment to have a clear measurement of effectiveness.
