Choose a Suitable CV Template

Select a template that fits the industry and job level you are applying for.

Go to the Templates section, filter by style (Professional, Creative, Simple), and choose a template with a clear, ATS-friendly layout.

Prioritize single-column layouts, avoiding complex multi-column templates as some ATS systems misread the order of content.

Import Data from LinkedIn

Import available experience and education information to avoid typing from scratch.

Select the "Import from LinkedIn" feature, log in to your LinkedIn account, and confirm the data fields being populated into the CV.

Double-check the chronological order of jobs after import, as they may occasionally be misordered.

Use AI to Rewrite Experience Descriptions

Utilize AI suggestions to rewrite each bullet point of work experience focusing on quantifiable results.

Click the AI icon next to each experience item, select the most suitable suggestion or request a rewrite that emphasizes results in numbers.

Always add specific figures (e.g., %, quantities, time) to AI suggestions for more persuasive sentences.

Optimize Keywords According to Job Description

Compare your CV with the target job description to ensure you include all important keywords.

Paste the job description into the keyword check feature (if available in your subscription) or manually compare and add any missing keywords to the skills section.

Prioritize keywords that appear frequently in the job description as they are often the main filtering criteria of ATS.

Preview and Export File

Review the entire layout before downloading the completed CV file.

Use the preview mode to check for spelling errors and alignment, then click Download to export the PDF file.

Download an additional unformatted (plain text) version to use when application systems require pasting the CV content directly.
