Set Up Team Brand Kit

Configure brand colors, fonts, and logo in Beautiful.ai for automatic application to all slides.

Go to Settings > Team Brand, upload the logo, enter the HEX color code of the brand, and select the main/secondary font.

Obtain the exact HEX color code from the brand identity kit to avoid color discrepancies when exporting the file.

Choose the Suitable Base Template

Select one of the available template sets (Pitch Deck, Report, Training) as the framework.

Go to the Templates library, filter by the purpose of use, choose the template that best fits your needs, then click Use This Template.

Prioritize templates that have various types of Smart Slides (charts, timelines, comparisons) to avoid starting from scratch.

Draft Content Using Smart Slide

Add a new slide and select the appropriate type of Smart Slide based on the content (list, comparison, data).

Click the + button to add a slide, select the Smart Slide layout (e.g., Icon Grid or Stat), then type in the content — the layout adjusts automatically.

If adding or deleting bullets, Smart Slide automatically adjusts the font size and spacing, so no manual adjustment is needed.

Use DesignerBot for Image Suggestions

Let AI suggest relevant illustrations or icons for the content of the slide you are preparing.

Click the DesignerBot icon in the corner of the slide, choose a suggested image or type a description to find other images.

Prioritize images with a consistent style (same color tone/contrast) to avoid a cluttered slide deck.

Save as a Shared Template and Share

Save the completed slide deck as an internal template for the whole team to reuse.

Go to the menu ... > Save as Template, give it a clear name (e.g., 'Sales Pitch Template 2026'), and then share access with the team.

Include the version/date updated in the template name to avoid confusion with older versions.
