Upload Logo and Set Up Brand Kit

Upload your logo and brand color palette to Canva so that all subsequent designs are automatically in sync.

Go to Brand Kit in Canva, upload your logo, enter your brand color codes, and select the main font.

Set up the Brand Kit just once; all future designs will automatically suggest the correct colors and fonts.

Use Magic Design to Create Initial Template Set

Enter a brief description for Canva to automatically create multiple suitable design templates.

Go to Canva's home page, click on Magic Design, enter a description like 'grand opening coffee shop banner' or upload an image to receive layout suggestions.

Try uploading a real product photo; Canva will suggest layouts with that photo as the centerpiece.

Write Content with Magic Write

Use AI to quickly draft the text on the design instead of writing from scratch.

Select the text box, click on the Magic Write icon, enter a request like 'write a short tagline for the grand opening event' and then insert the result.

Ask Magic Write to generate 3 different versions and choose the most suitable one, rather than using the first version immediately.

Duplicate Design to Multiple Sizes

Recreate the same design for different formats with just one click.

Select the completed design, click 'Resize' at the top corner, select additional sizes like Instagram Story, Facebook Post.

Check the layout again after resizing as some elements may shift due to the change in aspect ratio.

Share and Schedule Posts

Export or schedule posts directly for the completed designs.

Click Share, select 'Schedule' to post directly to linked social media channels or download the file for manual posting.

Invite team members into the Canva project to review designs before officially posting.
