Install the SlidesAI Add-on

Add SlidesAI to Google Slides for direct use in your Google account.

Go to Google Workspace Marketplace, search for 'SlidesAI', click Install and grant access to Google Slides.

Open a new Google Slides file first for the add-on to display correctly in the Extensions menu.

Prepare Input Content

Write an outline or paste existing text documents as the source for the slides.

Draft the outline with each line as a slide, or copy content from an existing report or plan.

Break the content into concise points, as SlidesAI will cluster them into more logical slides if the input is well-structured.

Create Slides from the Add-on

Paste content into SlidesAI and let the tool auto-layout and generate the design.

Go to Extensions > SlidesAI > Create Slides, paste the content, select the desired number of slides, and click Generate.

Select Vietnamese language in the settings if the source content is in Vietnamese to ensure appropriate text layout.

Choose Theme and Color Palette

Apply existing themes that fit your brand identity.

In the SlidesAI theme panel, select the theme closest to your brand colors, or manually adjust the Google Slides theme after creation.

You can create slides first and then change the overall theme later since content will not be lost when switching themes.

Edit and Add Charts

Review each slide, adding data and charts that the AI did not create.

Go through each slide, adjust the wording for more natural phrasing, and insert data charts using the Chart tool available in Google Slides.

Always double-check the final slide, especially the call to action or conclusion, as AI often generates quite generic content.
