Prepare the Text Script

Write or edit the voice-over script clearly, divided into short sections.

Draft the script in a separate document, breaking it into sentences under 20 words for easier tone control.

Pre-highlight words that need emphasis for adjustment after generating the voice-over.

Choose the Appropriate Voice

Browse the library of over 200 voices to select one that fits your brand tone and audience.

Go to Murf Studio > Voice Library, filter by language and voice gender, listen to samples before choosing.

Select 2-3 candidate voices and create samples with the same short passage to compare before finalizing the official voice.

Input Script and Adjust Tone

Paste the script into Murf Studio and adjust the speed and pitch for each sentence.

Paste each script section into the timeline, using the Pitch/Speed/Pause controls for sentences that require emphasis.

Add pauses after important sentences to enhance message delivery.

Sync Voice-over with Video

Import the original video into Murf Studio to align the voice-over timing with the visuals.

Go to the Video tab, upload the video, and adjust the created audio segments to match the video timeline.

Preview the entire video with the voice-over at least once before exporting to catch any timing discrepancies.

Export the Final File

Export the final video or audio file in a suitable format for your distribution channel.

Select Export, choose MP4 for video or MP3/WAV for audio, and download the file to your device.

Save the Murf project file separately for easy quick edits when you need to update content later.
