Draft Training Script by Sections

Divide the onboarding content into short modules by topic.

Write a separate script for each topic such as 'Company Introduction', 'Timekeeping Process', 'Leave Policy', each section 2-3 minutes long.

Keep each video under 5 minutes to help new employees stay focused and review when needed.

Create a New Project in Synthesia

Start a new video and select a template that fits the training style.

Click 'New Video', choose a presentation or blank screen template depending on the topic, name the project after the module.

Use the same template for all onboarding videos to create a consistent brand feel.

Select Avatar and Enter Script

Assign the written script to the selected avatar in each slide.

Choose a suitable avatar from the library, paste the script into the Script box of each slide, select a Vietnamese voiceover.

Add appropriate commas or punctuation in the script to allow the avatar to pause naturally while reading.

Insert Images and Illustrative Slides

Supplement with images, PowerPoint slides, or short videos to support the spoken content.

Drag and drop company policy images or upload existing PowerPoint files into the corresponding slides of the project.

Use the direct PowerPoint import feature if the company has old training slides to save time on recreating.

Preview, Edit, and Export Video

Review the entire video before officially publishing it.

Click Preview to watch, edit mispronounced segments by correcting the text in the Script, then click Generate Video to export.

Save the original project file; whenever the company policy changes, you only need to edit the Script and export again without needing to redo it.
