Upload Video to VEED.IO

Upload the original video file to a new project on the platform.

Go to veed.io, click 'Upload', select the video file from your computer or drag and drop it into the upload box.

Compress the video to MP4 format if the file is too large to upload faster.

Create Auto Subtitles

Use the Auto Subtitles feature to convert speech into text.

Go to the Subtitles tab > Auto Subtitle, select the original language of the video (Vietnamese) and click Generate.

Review the entire transcript and correct any specialized terms or proper names that were misrecognized.

Translate Subtitles to Other Languages

Convert the original subtitles into the target market languages.

In the Subtitles tab, select 'Translate', choose the target language such as English or Thai, and click Translate.

Create a separate video version for each language to optimize SEO when posting to each market.

Adjust Subtitle Display Format

Modify the font, color, and position of the subtitles to align with brand style.

Go to Subtitle Styles, select font type, font size, and color that match the brand identity.

Use a semi-transparent subtitle background to make text easier to read against complex video backgrounds.

Export Video by Language

Export each video version with the corresponding subtitles for posting to different markets.

Click Export, select an appropriate resolution such as 1080p for ads, repeat for each language version.

Name the files clearly by language, for example, video_EN.mp4, video_TH.mp4, to avoid confusion during uploading.
